Tips For Making the Most of Your Newsletter’s Personalized Pages

1. To help with your first American Express newsletter, we can provide samples of other agencies personalized content. Any photos or signatures you would like to include with this story, should be supplied in hi resolution files. They can be e-mailed to David Gawkowski at editorial@ttmediagroupinc.com or mailed to his attention to What’s News in Travel, 24307 Magic Mountain Pkwy. Suite 162, Valencia, CA. 91355

2. How much can you write? Rule of Thumb; Normally, 8,700 characters (not counting photos) are about right for the editorial space available. We have found that the average photo size takes up about the same amount of space as about 700 characters. So, if you have two photos (2 X 700 = 1400 characters), you would need about 7,300 characters of editorial copy (8,700 - 1400 = 7,300).
Once you have your copy gathered, please email it to David Gawkowski at editorial@ttmediagroupinc.com

3. Subject matter for your section of the newsletter - it's always a good idea to personalize your editorial copy to include references to staff members and/or customer travel experiences. The following are storyline suggestions have been provided to give an idea of what others have used in the past. Also available for your review are a few samples of how the page may look with some of those suggestions.
